cancel my subscription in arrears

I would like to cancel my subscription, but I cannot do it because there is a debt. But also I cannot pay this debt, because there are no funds. How do I cancel my subscription?

As there are payement problems, you need to contact customer care to cancel. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".
