I was trying to Cancel Adobe Pro Subscription Before My next payment cylce & the page says

( Unable to load data - An error occurred. Please try again.) I tired so many times in many ways but it didnt go as planed ,Its end up with the same page ,Any of you gusy facing to the same problem

Could you please tell me how to do that
