Cancel plan subscribed by an unknown email

Hi, I have been charged for many months, maybe over 2 years by an unknown email. I just knew about the Adobe Charge Identifier feature recently, and really just found out. I would like to cancel this immediately. Can you please help?

    Is this an email belonging to you and you forgot the password to it or is it not yours at all? If it is not yours then probably your payment details are compromised and you should connect with the issuing bank. Either way get in touch with Adobe support to discuss the options

    Hi Manan, i have never used @google domain as my email. Most likely it is. I have cancelled my credit card twice to solve this issue but this automatic monthly payment from Adobe is still there.. The bank told me that they cannot help and the only way is to cancel the subscription

    In such a case get in touch with Adobe support via the chat option on the website and get this sorted. These are peer to peer forums so you can at best get suggestions only here
