I have tried canceling online, on my mobile app, on the chat, and on the phone. 

Your site says 24/7 phone support and it hung up on me saying that I'm outside of business hours. 

Your site is not user-friendly or helpful. I just want to cancel my trial and I keep getting an error.

when you try a different browser, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
