cancel triaL SUBSCRIPTION

How do I cancel a trial subcription. I follow the instructions and they are not useful because they keep me going around in a circle. Is there a number I can call to talk to a human. The instructions say call us, but there is no number to call.

    Hi Adobe community, 

     
    I wish to request help to cancel my current subscription for Adobe Acrobat Reader which I attempted cancelling since three days ago without any success.
     
    I discovered that subscription for the trial version of Adobe Acrobat did not reflect on my subscribed list of Applications on the Google Play store under the "manage subscription" page as expected. So I have no need for the service anymore and want a refund for the money debited from my account.

    Adobe Acrobat Reader is free. Did you select the option to try Acrobat Pro by some chance?

    I'm having this issue now! I'm supposed to be chatting with an agent but I haven't gotten a response. Do I have to call? There should be a simpler process.

    Hi, I would like to talk to a human to help me cancel my trial subscription. Not computer savvy and going in circles to cancel my subscription.  Please one can help me get a tel # to talk to a human.  Thanks

      It seems the chat function is removed? Clicking the https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html rerouts to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, which has no chat link (three dots inside a circle). Even the "chat with an agent" link on the "...phone.html" page is rerouted to helpx.adobe.com/contact.html... 

       

      ...end the helpx page just state the obvious, which doesn't work.

        I see both the chat link and the phone page just fine when clicking those links...
