Good afternoon/morning, I have a problem. I purchased a 7-day free trial to test features, and I've only been using it for 2 days, so I haven't liked it. I wanted to cancel before the billing starts, but I'm having a problem: "We were unable to process the request. Please try again or contact a support agent." I don't know if this is for a time limit or if it won't let me cancel. Could you help me a lot with this question? Thank you.
