Cancellation charge

I want to cancel my subscription, that I've had since 2018, but it says I'll be charged £199 if I do for "early cancellation" 

what's going on?

That means before the end of your annual contract

-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining time as a fee
