Cancellation of Subscription HELP

Today I purchased a trial version of Photoshop + Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month.

These programs do not suit my needs, and I have decided to cancel these products.


After logging into my account, I keep getting an error whenever I click on any of the tabs.

I do not want to be charged every month, but due to the error and the fact that I cannot reach customer support, my issue remains unresolved.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
