Question

Cancelling Subscription

Please help! I  am trying to cancel my plan. I started on 11th of June 2020 (Student). Now after one year I do not use it so I want to cancel it. I followed the steps but is saying to me that I will be charged for early termination? Is this for real? £137? Doesn't seem fair. How can I cancel it? Or am I getting stuck with this subscription forever? I don't have that money

A subscription renews every year... When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

-FAQ https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/cancel-subscription-faq-s/td-p/11843852
-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining time as a fee
-or cancel via Chat link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks
- or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
