Hello all,

A couple years ago I made this adobe account using my university email and purchased a subscription that was around ~20 dollars for the first year and is now ~37 dollars currently. I don't use adobe enough anymore to think that the subscription is still worth it so I'm trying to cancel. However, when I go to my plan, it's connected to my university and does not give me the option to cancel. Furthermore, I am not able to use the adobe support bot on this account.

    Some background information:

Your subscription is managed by your school, and your school is providing the first level support. They also need to cancel your subscription, according to the schools terms.

You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the Account forum

Talk to the person at your school who administers Adobe accounts

This is a public forum, not Adobe support... other users may not see your account
For account help see employee Rikk Flohr's 1st reply in this message from 2-19-25 which includes the information on how to bypass the chatbot and talk to a human
