cannot change, edit, remove, or add a payment method for adobe stock

I have tried on every browser on my computer (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari) and the same thing keeps happening. The window pops up BRIEFLY and then the small red box appears at the bottom with “Something went wrong.” I saw online that maybe my work laptop’s VPN could be an issue, so I tried to change it on my phone. The pop up window appeared for a full 2 seconds before closing and the same thing happening. While the window is open on my phone, I can’t click on anything, and then it closes.

A coworker had helped me purchase something a year ago because I didn’t have a corporate card. Since last year, I haven’t been able to change the payment information. Now if I buy anything, it automatically charges my coworker’s card. I need to change the payment method because this coworker is on a different team. They have a different budget and I can’t keep charging my team’s stuff on their budget.
