Question

Cant cancel my adobe acrobat plan

I applied for the 7-day free trial on Adobe Acrobat to quickly help me with one of my documents and it didn’t work. I received the confirmation email, but every time I tried to access the extra services I could not. I assumed this meant the application did not go through, so I left it.

After the 7 days were over, money was withdrawn from my account which confirmed that the 7-day trial was over and I now I want to cancel and get a refund.

I followed the links, looked on my account to try and cancel the plan, but the plan doesnt even show up, I attempted to call directly (did not work), and even resorted to asking A.I and nothing has worked. This may have something to do with the fact that I am using my university account which may require contact with my university, but I don’t know.

If anyone can help I would be so greatful as I am still within the 14 days after accidentally applying for the adobe acrobat plan and I really need that money back.

    Thanks for reaching out, @Hope Manaakit37743472dhom, and I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused.

    I can confirm that an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was started on September 18 under your Personal Adobe profile. If you're currently signed in with your university profile, that would explain why you're unable to see the subscription or cancellation options.

    Thanks as well to @John T Smith for helping point you in the right direction.

    Please sign out of Adobe and then sign back in. After entering your credentials, you should see the profile chooser, where you can select your Personal profile. Adobe provides additional information about Personal and Business profiles here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/business/enterprise/setup-onboarding/sign-in-and-access/manage-adobe-profiles.html

    Once you've switched to your Personal profile, you should be able to view your Acrobat Pro subscription and cancel it using the steps in the following document:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    Please let us know if you're able to switch to the Personal profile and locate the subscription, @Hope Manaakit37743472dhom.

    Thank you Jeff!

    It was as easy as signing into my personal account and I found the plan! I didn’t know you could access a personal version of a University email so that helped a bunch.

    I have now cancelled the Adobe acrobat plan and I am expecting a refund in the next few days!

    @Hope Manaakit37743472dhom

    refunds can take up to 14 days to complete. meanwhile, check your account, https://account.adobe.com to confirm everything is cancelled. and save your trial start and trial cancellation emails from adobe.
