Change payament of my plan, Problem to acces LRC

Good morning,
I changed the payment method for my 20GB Photography plan from monthly to annual. Since making this change, I've received the attached message, which prevents me from proceeding. At that point, I exit by Lightroom Classic and restarted the program, which worked well.
How can I resolve this issue?
