Charged After Free Trial

Hi Adobe Community,

I forgot to cancel my Adobe Pro free trial and no longer have access to the card used. I haven’t used the service since the trial ended, but I’m being charged. Now it shows a $112 cancellation fee. How can I cancel or request a refund without the penalty?

When you don't cancel in time a trial becomes a subscription, and when you then want to cancel you pay a fee of 1/2 of the remaining time
