Charged monthly for Acrobat Pro, cannot find the account and chat will not help

Hi,

My credit card is being charged every month for Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I cannot find the Adobe account behind the charge, so I cannot cancel it.

  • Latest charge: SEK 285.00 on 6 September 2026, "ADOBE.COM DUBLIN", Adobe Systems Software Ireland
  • Charge Finder result: Adobe Acrobat Pro, repeating charge, invoice number BL3553544634, linked to an email shown as e****s@gmail.com
  • The account I can sign in to shows no active plans. Its only history is an InDesign plan from 2024, which has already ended.
  • I have not used any Adobe product for about two years, and I have never received receipts for these Acrobat charges.
  • The Virtual Assistant gives an error whenever I enter card details, and it will not connect me to an agent because my signed-in account has no active plan.

Could an Adobe staff member please contact me by private message to:

  1. locate the account linked to invoice BL3553544634 and cancel the subscription immediately,
  2. send me invoices for all charges made on this card, and
  3. refund the charges for the period I have not used the service?

Thank you.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support
Do you have another email address and Adobe account?
This link will help you find the account that is charging your card
    https://community.adobe.com/announcements-5/need-help-identifying-an-adobe-charge-1634638

    Or direct to https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

If you do not have a subscription contact the fraud number for your credit card

    Hi @elisabeth_3034

We appreciate you trying all the steps before reaching out.

As the expert @kglad mentioned, I would also suggest you to contact our support team here: https://adobe.ly/4xBFbhm

They'll be able to discuss the account related details through a private chat session and help you out.

That is what I tried, and it doesn´t work as my account says I don´t have an active plan, thus I can´t reach a human agent. My credit card company says that the payment is linked to this mailadress.

Thank you for the update, @elisabeth_3034.

I apologize for the difficulties you have encountered trying to track down the cause of the charge from Adobe.

I can confirm there are no records of any of your attempts to ever reach us nor do you have any an active subscription to generate new charges. Please use a different device to contact us at  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen so a member of our team can help you locate the cause of the charge.

If the device or network you are using is managed by an organization, @elisabeth_3034, then you may need their help to reach us at  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.

no one here can do that.

contact adobe support via social media or, if you don’t recognize that account, report fraud to your credit card company
