SE ME A COBRADO DOS VECES PERO NO TENGO NI CUENTA DOBLE, NI OTROS PRODUCTOS Y EN LA FACTURA ME DICE SOLO QUE ME COBRO UNA VEZ, PERO TENGO UN MENSAJE DE BRAINTREE QUE ME DICE, QUE SE ME A COBRADO DOS VECES EL DIA DE HOY. NO PUEDO PONERME EN CONTACTO CON NADIE, YA LO INTENTE. ¿COMO ME HACEN MI REENBOLSO??

    Despues de hablar con mi banco me dicen  que como es un cobro automatico de la empresa ADOBE devo hacerles el reclamo a ellos ya que el cobro se hizo de su parte

    Did you speak with your bank about the charges?

    necesito asistencia, hable con mi banco y despues de dos dias me respondio diciendome que no podian hacer nada ya que el descargo automatico de pago es de parte de adobe y debo comunicarme a la empresa. ya que ellos deben hacer la devolucion, no se como comunicarme por que la ultima vez tarde dos dias para que me respondiera ADOBE
