Complaint to Adobe UK contact info

Does anyone have a contact email address for Adobe or can point me in the direction of their complaint procedures? I am tired of phoni6the customer service number as noone answers.

 

Adobe renewed my contract within asking me and when I try to cancel it (I'm a student and can't afford it doubling in price) Adobe say they're going to charge me a cancellation fee of £160! But I never signed up for a new contract. I have no emails from them since February 2024.

Can anyone help on this issue? I took out a free trial for Adobe which expires tomorrow. I have tried to cancel this several times today as it wasn't suitable for my requirements. However, when I try to cancel the account it won't let me and says the site has issues at the moment! I don't want to be charged for the Adobe subscription and have tried calling the 0207 London number only to be disconnected. I have also tried to change my bank details/remove which is also being denied.

Also, I would like you to know that Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within 14 days(including trial) which gives you 8 days to cancel the plan.
Having said that, I'm here to help you with the error you are getting with the cancellation. Could you share a screenshot?

It is always advisable to cancel the subscription before renewal to avoid getting charged. I understand you do not wish to continue using the service. make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

 

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thank you for your reply. I never engaged in a contract renewal with Adobe and haven't received any emails from Adobe since April 2024.

renewals are automatic.  an email was (supposed to be) sent during the month of (or prior to) renewal.  that email may be in your spam folder.
