Confirmation of refund processing after cancellation

Hello,

 

I was charged immediately after starting a free trial likely because I had previously used a free trial on this account.

 

I cancelled the subscription shortly after the charge, and from what I’ve seen in similar cases, a refund is usually processed within a few working days.

 

Could someone kindly confirm that my refund is currently being processed?

    I can confirm that you successfully completed the cancellation process for your most recent commitment to Adobe.  Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html#month-to-month for more information about the cancellation and refund process.

    I also want to add that until the very last step of starting the trial it showed the amount due as zero and said I would not be charged now. I only saw the charge after it went through.

    there’s usually a limit of one free trial.  whether you will get refunded for the second attempted trial is up to adobe support.
