I paid for the adobe creative cloud plan for students for one year, however when I download the creative cloud app in applications such as Illustrator, it appears that I have to buy it or use it as a demo for 7 days, why does this happen?

I hope this issue is resolved by the suggestions made so far. If not then I am moving this dicussion to Accounts forum for better help.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
