Hi,

My university offer this year ACC for a very cheap price so I wanted to no renew my private subscription which stop November 22th. How I need to do it and when do I need to stop it to avoid an auto renew subscription? Can I just download the new one from my school ? Do I need to pay fee to stop my subcription?

Sorry a bit lost, if you could help me with these it'll be nice.

    Hi,

You can try cancelling your current plan online via self-service:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

You need to stop it before the annual renewal date, otherwise it will automatically renew.

Once that's done, you can start your new university plan. You shouldn't need to redownload any of the CC apps, but just sign out and then re-sign in with a different login for the new plan.

But if the cancellation doesn't work they way you want, then try contacting Adobe Customer Care directly:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Hopefully they can sort it out, if the automated option doesn't.

    Hope that helps!
