Error de plataforma al procesar pago / No puedo adquirir After Effects

Hola, equipo de Adobe,

Les escribo porque hace una semana adquirí Premiere Pro sin ningún inconveniente. Sin embargo, ahora que intento comprar After Effects (o cambiar mi plan actual), la plataforma no me lo permite.

El sistema indica que el método de pago no es válido. Ya he intentado con diferentes tarjetas y formas de pago, pero sigo recibiendo el mismo mensaje de error: "No hemos podido procesar la solicitud. Inténtalo de nuevo o ponte en contacto con el servicio de soporte si el problema persiste".

Ya me comuniqué con mis entidades bancarias y me confirmaron que mis tarjetas no tienen ningún bloqueo ni restricciones, por lo que parece ser un problema interno de la plataforma de Adobe.

Necesito una solución a la brevedad posible para poder continuar con mis labores. Quedo atento a sus instrucciones.

I am writing to report an issue with my account. A week ago, I purchased Premiere Pro without any problems. However, I am now trying to buy After Effects (or upgrade my current plan), and the platform is not allowing me to complete the transaction.

The system states that my payment method is invalid. I have already tried multiple credit cards and payment methods, but I keep receiving the same recurring error message: "We were unable to process your request. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists."

I have already contacted my banks, and they confirmed that there are no issues, blocks, or restrictions on my cards. Therefore, this appears to be an internal issue with the Adobe platform.

I urgently need a solution so I can get back to work as soon as possible. I look forward to your guidance.

use a mobile phone’s update (non-opera) browser with wifi disabled
