Error message when trying to cancel Acrobat Pro free trial

On 23/12/25 I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Pro. I was then put on an 'Adobe Pro' and an 'AI assistant for Acrobat' monthly plan, which will begin to take payments from my account starting on 30/12/25. On 23/12/25 I tried to cancel these plans but the following error message appeared: "Unable to load: An error occured. Please try again".  I tried again many times since then, the most recent being just now today (on 27/12/25(. However, each time, the same error message appears, and my plans are not cancelled. I sent this issue to the 'Adobe Virtual Assistant', but this is just an AI bot, and did not resolve the issue. I asked to be put through to a human agent, but I was told that none are currently available. I called Adobe customer support many times, but no one picked up. Can you please cancel these subscriptions for me? If this is not done by tomorrow (28/12/25), I will flag the problem to my bank in order to esnure any future payments from Adobe are blocked, and that their legal services intervene on my behalf.

Sorry for the trouble, @stylish_outfit2870.

Did you try accessing your account details on a different device?

and when you try a different browser, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

Hello,

I just tried all 6 steps in the solutions of the link you sent me. None of them have resolved the issue. I am still shown the same error message.
I would appreciate if you could please help me to ensure that all my plans are manually cancelled.

Thank you.
