Error on purchasing photoshop

Hello

I have a problem trying to purchase photoshop and this message appears to me “There are a number of reasons for order failure, among them errors in the payment information, or billing address, or an inaccurate email address. If you have verified your information and are still unable to place your order, please contact Customer Service and order by phone. Call +44 203 0277 764.”

What should I do ? I tried different accounts but didn’t work. I am waiting for your response, thank you 🙏.

Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
