fail to unscript firefly credit
I subscribed twice monthly credit, I wanted to unscrib one of them, but everytime it is saying “an error occur, please try again”. those subscription are renewed monthly, not annual. Someone knows why?

I am sorry for the problems you are encountering in managing your Firefly credits. I do see that you have created 24 different business accounts with Adobe. This could be part of the reason for the current difficulties, Yuan_France.
Are you an individual using our software, or do you represent an organization, Yuan_France? How many accounts do you intend to use? The account completion process is not complete for all 24 accounts, so whoever created the accounts did not complete the creation process 24 times.
If you plan to use Firefly for an individual account, I would encourage you to change the account's email address. Please see https://adobe.ly/4vedAlE for information on how to change the address.
Once you have changed the email address, Yuan_France. You can then use the process in https://adobe.ly/4vmMw44 to request deletion for any unneeded Adobe accounts.
