Forgot to cancel the trial

I forgot to cancel the trial and I got billed today, so I cancelled before any use of the product and would like a refund

    We appreciate you reaching out. I can confirm that you have two subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat since 1+month. Refund can only be initiated if the cancellation is done within first 14 days of purchase. Once you cancel the plan, it will continue till the end of this month’s term.
