Free trial cancelled but you're still trying to bill me. Help!!

Cancelled my free trial after 5 days. And Adobe are still frantically trying to bill me. I have no idea how to contact Adobe. No phone number for South Africans, no email, no chat feature. Why are they trying to bill me? I received an email verifying that my free trial was cancelled early. Now I am getting bank charges for failed transaction.

Very frustrating.

    Hi Budgie99,

    I understand how confusing this situation can be, so I’d like to clarify what happened.

    I can see that you had purchased Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant. The AI Assistant was cancelled on 20 May, and Acrobat Pro was cancelled on 24 May. The trial you had was valid only until 23 May.

    Due to payment-related issues, Adobe couldn’t process the payment, so no charges went through. Both subscriptions are now cancelled, and you will not be charged for them.
