Guys, please help me verify if this is the real adobe customer care. For context, I have a problem regarding my account and the support articles here are not helping at all so I reached out through Facebook and now they are asking for a 6 digit code sent to my email. I know I was the one who reached out first but asking for a code is a little sus. Or am I just paranoid? Is this normal?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support... other users can't help
To contact support see the CORRECT ANSWER at this link

I did. It’s just that they asked for a 6 digit code so I was a little hesitant if it is really adobe or if I contacted some scammers. But all good now, thanks.
