Help!! How do I get my refund
I’m extremely disappointed. I missed the trial cancellation by just one day due to a family emergency, and now I’ve been charged £99.99. I had already deleted the app because it constantly crashes and wasn’t useful to me. I understand a small charge for being late, but a full year’s subscription for something I don’t use and can’t afford feels really unfair.
I’ve tried reaching out, but contacting support seems nearly impossible—hence this review. I’m currently in serious debt, and this unexpected charge is a huge financial strain. I’m kindly asking for a partial refund for the unused months. Please understand my situation and help resolve this.
