help me cancel my subscription because the customer support bot sucks
hi all, i am trying to cancel my free trial and i do have credit card information down and saved.
i hit the cancel plan and it says "social sign in is not support" then i hit continue and it makes me enter a code sent to my email. then it makes me change my password and when i change my password it goes back to the "social sign in is not supported" page and the cycle repeats over and over and over and over and over again and it really sucks.
why is adobe making it so hard and difficult to cancel the plan? i also tried the customer support bot but its absolutely useless and a waste of time
