Hi How do I cancel my purchase?  If i cancel within in 14 days, is it a 100% refund? One-year contract month purchase. I want to cancel and buy another product.

I wish to cancel my subscription to illistrator, I paid it for months and have been dealing with my injuries from two car accidents, where i was hit twice. I never downloaded the software or used it once. I never got a chance too. How do I get my refund for all these month Ive been charged.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true.

I request you to make a refund. I am already through financial difficulty and here your company charged me for cancelling my subsciption. How can you charge me for what I have not opted for. Please make a refund of Rs. 9000. I did not expect this.
