Hello there.

For a half of a year adobe trying to get money for a trial subscription that I cancelled before trial period had ended. To be honest it’s very confusing as well as confusing the that I literally can not reach adobe support.

What should I do?

Thanks

    Hi Andy14444

I understand how payment issues can be frustrating, especially when you’re trying to manage your subscription.

I can see that you have an active Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription under the same Adobe ID you’re using in this community. At the moment, there are payment issues with the account. To move forward, I recommend updating your payment details first. Once the payment details are updated, you’ll be able to manage or cancel future payments if needed.

You can find the steps and more details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-methods/update-payment-information.html

Please feel free to let us know if you need help with any of the steps or have other questions. We’re here to support you.

    Thanks

Did you  keep the verification email you received when you canceled?

Thanks for your response but I owe them nothing.

Is there any option to contact them directly?

pay what you owe and then cancel your subscription.

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
