How do I restore my purchase? It won't load, and I've changed my bank email adress and logged into all the same emails (I'm on android)

Basically, I have an adobe lightroom account that I have a yearly premium trial for currently. I've done the week-long free trial, but forgot to cancel it. I've tried to restore my purchase (aka. get a refund because I really need one) and it's not worked. I've left my phone on for times between 5 and 40 minutes just loading the same screen trying to restore the purchase, but each time it just has that loading wheel with "Restoring purchase. This may take a while." Google says it should only take a couple minutes. I don't know how to find help for this and it just won't refund me. Is it even possible?
