He hecho la cancelación de un pedido que realicé el día 4 de Abril de 2020 (pedido ADB101275062ES - Acrobat Pro DC)
He confirmado la cancelación del PEDIDO y he recibido un correo de confirmación por parte de ADOBE a mi correo:[PII removed by Moderator]
Recibí confirmación de cancelación por correo electrónico, sin embargo, no han realizado el reembolso que se me informó previamente.
