Good day!

I have three single upps plans and I want change it to all apps, but I don't see a option "change plan" in "manage plan" section. How can I do it?

Thanks for reply. And how long it usualy takes? In Russia we don't have a phone support line. Only by email. I send an request two days ago and still did't get a reply. In nov 19th I will be charged for next month, so I hope to cancel my subcriptions before it happens.

I currently have three Signle app memberships (Illustrator, InDesign and the photography plan) that were purchased at different times, I would like to upgrade to get the complete Creative Cloud membership. How should I do that?

Hi Beverley I have a subscription to creative cloud photography plan and wish to cancel that and start on a creative cloud complete plan  for students at $149.00 a year so  I can get Started on Study. It was supposed to be cancelled for me after it was agreed with a chat agent last night that it would not  incur penalty fees, and i would then just subscribe to the plan i wanted. I still see it the Photography plan in my profile though.

I have a problem also with Adobe Application manager it tried to update but would hang at just 2% loaded and error 207, i followed all advice in forums and ended up deleting it and creative cloud to try a fresh download, after using the adobe uninstaler ive tried firewalls new admin, run from admin, safe network mode and more . If i pay for student complete cloud package will i be able to upload fresh installers for creative cloud and the application manager in a working order ?

Can you help me please?  i am far behind in my study for design / photography which relies on being able to downoad and use the application manager updater and creative cloud, In Design, Acrobat pro, Photoshop and lightroom.

Hi Beverley ... I NEED help please.  I want to upgrade from CS5 and I'm not sure how to go about it.  Should I go to CS6 or Creative Cloud and is the Creative Cloud version of

PS, the same  as CS5 or 6.  I also want lightroom and have never used it before but have been photographing for 20yrs so MUST finally get it to save my original files etc and filing

systen I've heard is really good.

Also, I have the latest model Canon 7DMark 11 that I can't process my Raw files with CS5 so wonder if camera Raw will automatically upgrade if I get the CC $9.99 mth deal.

Please advise as soon as Possible. Ta.  I'm in Austalia

Since I am unsure whether you have retail or volume license CS5 product. You can choose the best option from here if eligible, it is best to go for CC subscription as it gets auto upgraded without any extra charge.

Hi Beverley,

I have active 'Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year)' plan and standalone (not creative cloud) Lightroom (version 5.7). I'd like to switch to the plan for Photographers and continue using these two Awesome Adobe products.

I tried to change plan in Adobe ID section, but with no luck. Each time I try to do it - money (10.69 USD) withdrawn from my card, but system returns with error 'It is impossible to change plans please try later or contact support team' (not exact wording, but something like that). Tried two times - the result is the same.

Could you please suggest what should I do?

Hi Dmitry

We would need to cancel your existing plan and then you could sign up for the Photography plan.

If you are not based in the US, you will need to create an Adobe ID with the correct country before signing up.

Please let me know if you'd like me to assist with the cancellation.

Is my understanding correct that in case of cancelation of my plan I'll be charged for the 50% of the rest of plan fee? My current subscription ends on October, so it will be 6*(montly pay)/2?

Yes, I'm not based in the US, so I should delete my existing account and create new one. Is it possible to use same email address?

I've subscribed to a single app membership last month and now would like to upgrade to the complete one. How do I go about doing  this, I don't have the option to switch plans from my Plans & Products Details.

I have the photography CC subscription, I want Affter Effect product.  Just for adding one app I have to pay $19.99 in addition of the $9.99 that I am already paying.  Can I get the CC completed version for the $29.99 a month?

I have a sucription plan for Adobe CC single-app subscription. I paid $29.99/month  .But right now , I want to cancel it and can't find "cancel button" in manage plan section.  What do I do ?  My case number in contact support is "0186082391"  but no one answering my question yet.
