I am trying to cancel my subscription, "manage plan" isn't available, nor is the help center support available only the AI which doesn't achieve anything. How do I cancel my subscription?

I am unable to cancel my Adobe subscription. Due to having a student plan connected to an institute my “manage plan” button is not available. My school does not manage my adobe account.

 

I would like to talk to a human in the help center, I did the subscribing though talking to support in the first place. But something has seemed to have changed and only the AI is available, which just keep asking the same 3 questions and not achieving anything.

I have also contacted the Adobe Care Twitter, no answer yet.

How can I cancel my subscription?

    is there any payment problems on your account?  eg, is everything paid?

    It is connected to credit card where it automatically deducts the money. I just checked and last month`s payment has been issued, the next one should be coming up on the 14th.

    So to answer your questions, everything is paid.
