I am trying to subscribe to a Plan but no avail!!
Hi, I encourted a problem while paying for LightRoom Plan with this message "A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank."
I already checked the information, tried the same card somewhere else online and everything is fine yet the transaction can not be done. I tried chating with a customer support agent but unfortunatly I must be subscribed to a plan to be able to.
Any help is much appreciated.
