I can't cancel my trial period.

I created an account to test the tool, but I can't cancel it because the "plans" page won't open. All the others are working properly, except this one.

I've already followed the links they provide and tried to edit my plan, but no page opens. I'm contacting my lawyer to find out what I can do. I've already emailed the Adobe team, but they haven't responded.
