I can’t figure out who to speak with. I want a refund.
I came in yesterday to cancel after my first paid month. I saw that my credits reset in 8 days, so I kept the account open and out a reminder to cancel next week. Now today, I get an email saying I was charged another month- I didn’t realize the month refill was different than the credit refill.
I canceled now, but I’d like my $9.99 back. It’s saying I have 31 days left until services are finished, which I don’t need and didn’t want. I don’t know who to speak with.
