I take a 7 days free trial of Adobe Acrobat. But I cancelled it after some days, today I got a mail of bill due of 638 rs. Why I am charged after cancelling the subscription.

Thank you for posting to this public discussion forum, @Bhaskar1.

I am sorry you did not find more value in your usage of Acrobat.

I see that your subscriptions have been canceled, but the self-cancel process was never completed, which is why you saw the recent charge to your account, @Bhaskar1.

I do see that you have already been in contact with us directly. Please use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html if you need to update your recent support case ADB-44855029-F4T8.

Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days, @Bhaskar1.

Please update this discussion thread if you have any additional questions.
