I switched the subscription was charged for the month, havent received refund yet

I switched my plan to just photoshop and cancelled all abode plans after that.. During switching i was promised a refund for Adobe pro monthly as i was already charge for may.

Would like to know my refund status and when will it be processed.

refunds take up to 14 days to complete, so something is amiss.

check your account ( https://account.adobe.com ) to make sure everything was cancelled that you wanted to cancel. also, check if the money you paid was applied to your photoshop subscription.
