Question

I tried the free trial. But cancel my free trial within 1 day. I have never used a free trial before. Now according to the account info, it says I will be charged. How to stop this?

    Thank you for posting, @Suresh.

I apologize for any confusion you have encountered and I am sorry you did not find more value in your usage of Acrobat and our other services.

You can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html to self-cancel your active subscriptions. Refunds occur automatically and will take up to 14 days.

For more information about the cancellation and refund process, see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additonal questions, @Suresh.

Log onto your Adobe account--you still have an account even if you canceled the software. See what is listed under your subscriptions. You should be able to cancel it there.

    Hi Randy,

Thanks for the reply. I cancelled my plan from the account not via any email.

My email address which I have used to login is <Removed by Moderator>

I appreciate that, but I can’t help you with that. This is a user-to-user forum where we help people with technical issues working with Acrobat. We’re end users, just like you (were). We can’t help you with that here.

All I can recommend is that you try to contact Adobe Customer Service and try to get assistance there.

Do you have any email or other digital documentation acknowledging the cancellation? That would help your case considerably.
