i want to cancel my free trial but there is an error message

i want to cancel the free trial as i no longer want this service but it wont let me, it says loading error message.how do i cancel my trial i dont want to pay any money and the trial ends tommorow

when you try a different browser, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
