IDSN_12_1_0 needs to be updated - cannot uninstall apps?

I'm trying to uninstall CC 2017 on macOS Catalina 10.15.3 however, i just get the popup IDSN_12_1_0 needs to be updated i'm assuming because its a 32bit uninstaller.

How do i go about removing the apps if i cannot use the correct uninstaller?
