If after cancellation I am told I will get a refund within 5 business days is that information true?

I have canceled my subscription, and I was told I will get my refund with 5 business days . Is that information accurate ?

    The policy states: “allow 5-7 business days for refund requests to be processed.”  However, your bank may take longer to record it. This varies by bank & region.

    I mean cancellation of adobe acrobat pro and ai assistant

    Since we don’t have access to your private details. You will need to have a conversation w the AI bot and then a human to determine if you have cancelled your subscription.

    The Creative Cloud Link/ community will definitely be more resourceful. As this relates to your subscriptions and private account info.
