Adobe is over charging me!! and i cant find a way to talk or write directly to them about the problem!!! its so upsetting, they say one thing and then do totally different

Can someone advice me what to do??

What do i do???? raise money at headstart and then funding a lawyer??? You take my money and not willing to talk to me!!!! explain yourself !
