My subscription renewal time has come for the account registered with REMOVED, but due to the economic conditions in Turkey, the annual fee of 10,000 TL is too expensive for me. I want to cancel my subscription. When I contacted support via chat, my issue was not resolved. Instead of a cancellation option, I keep encountering the payment section. THERE WAS A PAYMENT GLITCH IN MY ACCOUNT AND ONCE PAYMENT WAS DONE, I CAN’T SEEM TO GENERATE ANY NEITHER IMAGES NOR VIDEOS. IT KEEPS REQUESTING ME TO BUY CREDITS. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE RM 95.98/MONTH PLAN. PLEASE ADVICE

I urgently need help canceling my Adobe trial. Every time I try, the system forces me to update my password. On the “Verify your identity” page, even when I enter the correct password, it always says “incorrect password.”I signed in using my Google account, not a separate Adobe ID, so I cannot bypass this loop. I cancel subscription still i didn't get refund. It's 1 week passed. I cancelled immediately. Its Google play adobe acrobat app 

My card was charged for the full monthly amount as soon as I started my Photoshop trial. This is not a hold on the card, but a full deduction. How do I process a refund?

Hello, I’m trying to get in contact with someone regarding my subscription and would like a phone number I can call for assistance.I previously canceled my subscription, but I noticed that money was still withdrawn from my account on April 20, 2026. When I checked the app, it appeared that the subscription had not actually been canceled at that time. I have since gone back in and made sure it is fully canceled before the 14-day trial period ends.I’d like to know if I will be refunded for this charge, and what steps I need to take to resolve this issue. For many years, I have held an NGO license through TechSoup, and both my organization and I remain fully eligible for it.This issue has been ongoing for some time now.Previously, I had no problems using my credit cards to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud. Now, however, none of my four credit cards are being accepted by Adobe. All of them work perfectly fine for other online purchases, and my bank has confirmed there are no issues on their end.I did attempt to pay via PayPal, which appeared to process successfully — but no money has actually been withdrawn from my account. The transaction goes through as zero amount, and I have no invoices to show for it, only a notice indicating that my next payment is due in 2027. In other words, something is registering, but nothing is actually being charged.One thing I find unusual is that when entering my card details, I am never asked for my CVC code — only my name, card number, and expiration date. In June, I unsubscribed because a friend of mine, working at Adobe, was kind enough to offer me a licence of Acrobat Pro. So I didn’t need my subscription any longer.Then, all of a sudden, the direct debits started again, without any explanation.The first direct debit was taken on 18 February 2025 for €15.59.As soon as this first transaction appeared, I tried to find a way out of it, without success, and without receiving a response from Adobe (or from my friend, who now works elsewhere and cannot help me...). When I ring an Adobe office, I am told to go via the website. Please add the option to have your invoices emailed to you for those of us who need receipts. It’s absurd to log in every month to retrieve it and to ask my colleague to do it too. (No, we can’t have an enterprise account because for whatever reason it doesn’t work with our nonprofit discount). Literally every other service I use sends me a monthly invoice.

Hi, hope everyone is having a good day. I’m a college student, I bought one of those Adobe Creative Cloud cards that gives you access to a lot of their things (just started it today, and it expires next year). I already put the code, redeemed it and everything seemed fine. I downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud, and when I tried to install one of the programs (say, Illustrator that would be my most needed thing right now, Premiere, After Effect and so on) it just says “Free Trial”. I already signed out and signed in from the desktop and the app, but still it still says the same thing. I don’t know if there is something else or if there is another thing I have to do so forgive me if this question sounds dumb, but I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore. Can somebody help me?

Got sucked into trying the 7 day free service. Scan documents App didn't even work properly, so ended up using built in camera feature, which handled photo to documents perfectly. Then I just saw the bill for a year long subscription! I assumed this was some dodgy scam company using these sort of tactics! But appears to be adobe itself. Thought they were better than this, will need to put warnings on all my socials. Don't use this scan software trial. I'm now stick with a year long subscription to an app that is not any good! Does anyone know how to get a refund, even a partial refund?

I received an unexpected payment from Adobe, and I hadn't been charged for a long time because I canceled the payments. But today I was charged out of the blue, and I don't know which account it was charged to because I didn't receive any payment confirmation code from Adobe. It was just this random charge. I've already canceled all the plans and I want a refund.

Hello, I'd like to cancel the Adobe subscription, could anyone help me how can I do it. I don't understand why does it say that if I cancel I would be charged by a great amount of money.

I have an adobe acrobat account. A payment failed for the AI assistant. I never chose to have this, I don’t want it. But they’re attempting to charge my (empty) bank account. I went to cancel this plan I never consented to. It said I had to change my payment method. I only have one payment method. It all links back to my empty account. I went to go and delete my account, but it doesn’t let me unless I cancel the plan. But I’m not allowed to cancel my plan unless I change my payment method. They’re making it impossible to delete my account, and I can’t even contact them. What do I do? I don’t want them to take money for something I never consented to, and I don’t want to have to pay to delete my account.
