I am providing accounting services.
My clients invoices from Adobe are allways unexplainable.

Can you please explain the following invoice description?
CCSN,ALL,MLP,ERR12,MUE,001,N/A,1YR

When will you start providing clear invoice descriptions?
This is also required by the European VAT Directive.

Agreed. There have been countless complaints about Adobe's unclear invoicing descriptions.

However, Adobe stubbornly refuse to change their ways.
