Issue with Switching Back to Student Discount Plan on Creative Cloud

Dear Adobe Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request assistance with my Creative Cloud subscription. I previously had the “Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB Student Plan.” However, since my student status was not renewed in time, my plan began renewing at the standard rate.
Recently, I submitted the required documents to verify my student status again, and I received a confirmation email from Adobe stating:
“(Muttalip), your academic status has been verified!
Thank you for submitting your information. There will be no change to your plan, and you can continue to enjoy the student discount.”
After receiving this confirmation, I logged into my account and saw a message that reads:
“You are eligible for a Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB discounted subscription, please contact support.”
Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach the support team despite several attempts.
I even tried to cancel my current subscription in hopes of resubscribing under the student plan, but encountered an error that says: “Data could not be loaded” when attempting to cancel.
Could you please help me resolve this issue and guide me on how I can switch my current plan back to the verified student discount?
