money has not been refunded.

On the 22nd of May, money was deducted from my account 20,747.50 & 4,837.50 which I later cancelled the subscription almost immediately cause I don't need the service at the moment. I was promised that in the next five working days I will be refunded and up until now my money has not been refunded. This is the 32nd day and my money has not been refunded. Why ?

    We are sorry for the experience.

    I can confirm that the refund for initiated 24 days ago. Usually it takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed. Did you speak with your bank regarding this?

    Yes it has been cancelled....since that day.

    If it was properly cancelled, you will have to contact Adobe customer support either via chat or social media.
