Move Adobe Portfolio from one Adobe ID to another

I am a student, currently sharing my applications with my girlfriend. She was a student as well but ended her subscription with the end of her studies. She was having a portfolio website, also linked to a Domain and I was wondering if - or how - I can link the website (and domain) to this (our) ID and this plan? Any help would be highly appreciated!
